How the lab works

 

Format

  • Six live group working sessions, 90 minutes each

Weekly flow

  • You come in with your reality as it is today

  • We map it to your goals through the lens of people, processes, and systems

  • We use the SOLV framework to separate symptoms from root causes

  • You leave each session with decisions made and next steps set

The 6-Week Path

Week 1: See It - Set goals and diagnose where growth is stuck

  • Clarify your revenue and business goals

  • Map your current state across people, processes, and systems

  • Identify the top three friction points that are slowing you down

Week 2: Open It Up - Get to root causes

  • Unpack each friction point

  • Look at ownership, handoffs, tools, and expectations

  • Draw your first simple "this is how it really works" flow

Week 3: Layer Fixes - People

  • Define clear seats and responsibilities for the next 12 months

  • Decide what leadership meetings you actually need, and what they are for

  • Set expectations and guardrails so people know how to succeed

Week 4: Layer Fixes - Processes

  • Choose the few workflows that matter most for revenue

  • Design or refine them together in a simple, practical way

  • Identify where documentation is needed and who will own it

Week 5: Layer Fixes - Systems

  • Decide what your CRM, project tool, and reporting tools should actually do

  • Align fields, stages, and dashboards to your 2026 Scale Plan

  • Remove reports no one uses and focus on the few numbers that matter

Week 6: Validate - Lock in your 2026 Scale Plan

  • Pressure test your plan against capacity, timing, and reality

  • Finalize your Q1 project list and owners

  • Set check-ins to keep the plan alive past January
